Sogipa busca o tetra no Troféu Brasil

Depois de ser sediado na Sogipa por três temporadas consecutivas, o Troféu Brasil Interclubes de judô despede-se de Porto Alegre e vai para o centro do País. A 10ª edição da competição será realizada em Brasília (pela primeira vez), no próximo final de semana, dias 7 e 8. Mais de 400 atletas de 75 clubes disputarão o torneio, entre eles, sete sogipanos.

Defenderão o clube gaúcho as seguintes atletas: Rochele Nunes, Taciana Lima, Mayra Aguiar, Dione Lima, Natália Bordignon. Elas tentarão o quarto título consecutivo da equipe Oi/Sogipa. Que ganhou a competição em 2008, 2009 e 2010. Além das cinco judocas, também participarão do evento Renan Nunes e Diego Ferreira.

Todos os atletas sogipanos, com exceção de Dione, utilizarão o Troféu Brasil como parte da preparação para a Copa do Mundo de São Paulo e o Grand Slam do Rio de Janeiro.

Sogipa search in the tetra Brazil Trophy

After being based in Sogipa for three consecutive seasons, the Brazil Trophy Interclub Judo goodbye to Porto Alegre and goes to the heart of the Country The 10th edition of the competition will be held in Brasilia (first) in the next late week 7 and 8. Equipe de judô conquista seis medalhas no Campeonato Paulista

A equipe de judô de Ribeirão Preto conquistou seis medalhas no Campeonato Paulista da modalidade no último final de semana, em São Paulo. Foram três ouros, uma prata e dois bronzes.

Este ano, 12 atletas representaram Ribeirão no Campeonato Paulista. O acompanhamento do grupo no torneio foi realizado pelos técnicos Rogério Quintela, Sílvio Firmino e Marcos Cunha.

"Estes resultados são a soma dos esforços de vários profissionais extremamente comprometidos com o judô de alto rendimento de Ribeirão Preto. Parabenizo os técnicos e também a psicóloga esportiva da equipe, Cheila Casagrande", disse Rogério Quintela.

A judoca Flávia Rodrigues, atual campeã Panamericana, falou da importância de mais essa conquista. “Estou feliz. Acredito que foi uma vitória merecida, já que estou treinando muito e consegui me superar nas lutas”.

Os atletas campeões foram Flávia Rodrigues (leve - até 57 kg /categoria júnior); Mateus Liberato (meio-pesado - até 90 Kg/ juvenil); e Enricke Kanematsu (pesado - acima de 100 kg / júnior). A prata veio com o judoca Gabriel Penha (meio-médio - até 73 kg /juvenil). Rafael Batista (super ligeiro - até 55 kg / júnior) e o atual bicampeão Panamericano, Tiago Bastos (pesado- acima de 90 kg/ juvenil), ficaram com o bronze.

Judo team wins six medals at the Championship

The judo team won six of Ribeirao Preto Championship medals in the sport last weekend in Sao Paulo. There were three golds, one silver and two bronzes.

This year, 12 athletes represented in Ribeirao Paulista Championship. The monitoring group in the tournament was conducted by technicians  Rogério Quintela, Sílvio Firmino and Marcos Cunha.

"These results are the sum of the efforts of several professionals committed to the extremely high performance judo, Ribeirão Preto. I congratulate the coaches and also sports the team psychologist, Cheila Casagrande, " said Rogério Quintela.

Salvador recebe judocas internacionais

De 11 a 14 deste mês Salvador recebe a Copa do Mundo de Judô por Equipes, que reúne sete das principais seleções do planeta (Brasil, Japão, Coreia do Sul, Cuba, Argentina, Itália e Portugal).

O campeonato acontece no Sesc Aquidabã e terá a participação de 70 judocas medalhistas olímpicos e mundiais. Esta é a segunda vez que Salvador sedia a competição. A Copa do Mundo de Judô por Equipes 2011 será um importante teste para Salvador.

Na próxima temporada ela recebe um dos maiores eventos do calendário do judô internacional: o Campeonato Mundial de Equipes. O governo estadual, por meio da Secretaria de Esporte (Setre) e da Bahiatursa, é responsável por trazer os dois eventos.

“Queremos cada vez mais tornar a Bahia um destino esportivo e estimular nossos jovens a essa prática saudável”, diz o secretário Nilton Vasconcelos (Setre). Ele afirmou que ações dessa natureza garantem visibilidade turística ao estado.

Salvador receives international judo

From 11 to 14 months of receiving the Savior of the World Judo Cup for Teams, which brings together seven of the main selections of the world (Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Cuba, Argentina, Italy and Portugal).
