Prova de que a dedicação supera limites, a judoca e apaixonada por esportes, Terezinha de Teixeira, buscou o conhecimento em nível superior para obter formação acadêmica da arte da Educação Física.
Terezinha que é faixa verde no judô, cursa o 7º semestre de Educação Física na UNED e possui na estante uma coleção de medalhas que justifica tamanha devoção pelo que faz.
“Meus treinos dão resultado, fiquei em terceiro lugar no Campeonato Internacional, com muita disciplina, respeito e humildade acima de tudo”.
A judoca que treina há cinco anos, confessou que antes de praticar o esporte era agressiva e hoje ficou disciplinada.
Prova de que bons exemplos devem ser copiados, Terezinha mencionou que após ver o sensei cursar Educação Física resolveu estudar também, o resultado está na formatura com data marcada para o dia 16 de junho.
O amor é tanto que até na monografia ela escolheu um tema que tem tudo a ver com o assunto, e o fato de ter deixado de ser agressiva por causa do esporte mescla sua subjetividade com o cientifico, pois o trabalho aprofundado da medalhista, entregue para banca da UNED é: “A percepção do judô como agente minimizador da agressividade no ambiente sócio familiar em Diamantino”.
O esforço de Terezinha causa orgulho para o município, em seu currículo o peso de ser medalha de bronze no XXXIV Campeonato Pan-Americano de Judô que ocorreu em 2010 em Roraima sendo a única mulher representando o Mato Grosso.
