Natália Bordignon exibe o bronze conquistado no Universíade em Shenzhen (China)
Natália Bordignon conquistou a primeira medalha do Brasil no Universíade, o Mundial Universitário, de maneira dramática. A gaúcha rompeu o joelho durante seu último combate, mas continuou no tatame lesionada e faturou o bronze em Shenzhen (China). A dor após o duelo no último domingo era tamanha, que a atleta de 20 anos chorava de dor, enquanto todos pensavam que era de emoção.
“Faltando dois minutos para acabar, ela me empurrou para fora e eu senti meu joelho [direito] saindo do lugar. Não conseguia mais me concentrar na luta e só pensei nas duas cirurgias que já tinha feito e fiquei muito nervosa”, comentou a peso médio em entrevista ao iG.
“Logo que acabou, todos achavam que estava chorando de emoção, mas era de nervosismo pelo joelho. O judô me ensinou a ser forte, a continuar e a erguer a cabeça”, completou a gaúcha, citando a vitória sobre a croata Marija Cosic.
Agora, Natália voltará ao Brasil para avaliar o joelho e depois voltar aos treinamentos em busca de uma vaga nos Jogos Olímpicos de Londres-2012.
Além da gaúcha, outro judoca subiu no pódio no último domingo. De volta à seleção após ficar dois anos suspenso por doping, o meio-médio Victor Penalber derrotou o sul-coreano Suk Wong Hong e também levou a medalha de bronze no Mundial.

"With two minutes to go, she pushed me out and I felt my knee[right] moving. I could no longer focus on the fight and just thoughtthe two surgeries he had done and was very nervous, "said theaverage weight in an interview with iG.
"Once finished, everyone thought I was crying from emotion, but it was nervousness at the knee. Judo has taught me to be strong,to keep and raise their heads, "he said to the state, citing thevictory over Croatian Marija Cosic.
Now, Natália will return to Brazil to evaluate the knee and then return to training in search of a berth in the Olympic Games inLondon in 2012.
