Prof Odair Borges assina artigo sobre o Regulamento de Graduaçã

A CBJ por iniciativa de seu presidente, Prof. Paulo Wanderley Teixeira, preocupado com o ensino e as graduações, e, pelo fato do Judô Brasileiro ser hoje, referencia no Judô Mundial, instituiu o Conselho Nacional de Graduação. 

No momento o conselho se empenha nos estudos para unificar o ensino do Judô no Brasil e estabelecer critérios na esperança de que o bom senso e a ética devem prevalecer na graduação, desde o iniciante, faixa branca ao Kodansha.

Tenho observado atentamente as reações de alguns professores e dirigentes, após a divulgação do novo regulamento aprovado pelo CNG da CBJ. Alguns se dirigem à CBJ, outros aos membros do Conselho. Devo esclarecer que nossa preocupação é com o JUDÔ e com o aperfeiçoamento das regulamentações e diretrizes para o ensino da modalidade. Estamos à disposição para as duvidas, discussões e argumentações no sentido de aprimorarmos e alcançar o ideal.Posso citar como exemplo o Prof. Ricardo M.O.Borges, do Rio Grande do Sul, que após realmente ter lido e relido o regulamento,desceu a minúcias, colocando suas duvidas e argumentando de forma acadêmica inteligente e precisa, observações, que só vem nos ajudar e somar para as alterações que se farão necessárias. Assim devem agir aqueles que se denominam professores e dirigentes do Judô Nacional, ao contrário daqueles, que vivem fomentando a cizânia, pegando carona em bandeira da moda. 

A preocupação deve ser com o conhecimento, o estudo teórico,técnico e científico do Judô. Não há necessidade de mandado de segurança ou qualquer outro tipo de ação judicial para discutir ou incriminar o regulamento. A política deixemo-la aos políticos. O Judô, regulamentos e graduação, não são mercadorias.

The CBJ on the initiative of its chairman, Professor. Paulo Wanderley Teixeira, concerned with education and graduations, and, because the Brazilian Judo is now a reference in World Judo, established the National Council for Graduate. 

At the time the board gets involved in studies to unify the teaching of Judo in Brazil and criteria in the hope that common sense and ethics should prevail in the graduate from the beginner white belt to Kodansha. 

I have closely observed the reactions of some teachers and administrators, following the announcement of the new regulations approved by the CBJ CNG. Some drive to the CBJ, other Council members. I must clarify that our concern is with the Judo and the improvement of regulations and guidelines for the teaching mode. We are available for questions, discussions and arguments in order to improve and achieve ideal.Posso cite the example of Professor. Ricardo MOBorges, Rio Grande do Sul, after actually having read and reread the rules, down to minutiae, putting your questions and arguing so smart academic and precise observations, which will only help us and add to the amendments will be needed. So should those who do call themselves teachers and leaders of the National Judo, unlike those who live fomenting discord, piggybacking flag in fashion. 

The concern must be with the knowledge, the theoretical, scientific and technical judo. No need for an injunction or any other type of lawsuit to discuss or bring to justice the regulation. The policy let us leave it to politicians. Judo, regulations, and graduate students are not commodities.
